“Our favorite mistake”

The High Rye Colorado Bourbon was first created by mistake when a double dose of rye was accidentally added to our bourbon recipe.

After aging, the result was a delicious, complex bourbon that strikes a balance between our Colorado Bourbon Whiskey and our Colorado Whiskey.

Released annually at barrel proof. San Francisco World Spirits Competition Double Gold winner.

Tasting Notes: Gingerbread, Pueblo chile, lemon meringue, plum, pine sap, port wine, cinnamon bark.

Mash Bill: Corn, Malted Rye, Malted Barley
